Clean up and Stabilise
This unique listed building in Worcestershire was found to be of special interest by English Heritiage and a grant was issued for to preserve the buildings.
Our mission was to stabilise the structures, clear deris and rubble and prevent futher delapidation.
Before any work on renovation could commence Bare Group were called in to clear the debris and stabilise dangerous structure where it was needed.
As the renovation work was not due to commence for another year or so, Bare Group were asked to build a structure over part of the building where the floor needed to be preserved and protected from the elements.
Asbestos Roof Removal
We have been called in to remove asbestos roofing sheets from a number of different structures.
Sometimes it is owing the re-purposing of the building or when the roof has lost its integrity and has started leaking.
Abestos roof removal has to be done carefully and the asbestos roofing sheets have to be dealth with, in accordance with legal requirements.
Fully qualified in Asbestos Awareness, CSCS, CCDO, FaceFit, PLASMA, IPAF.
All our team come complete with all their onsite necessities & PPE.
Building Separation Prior to Demolition
Remove Warehouse from Listed Building in West Midlands
This listed building was scheduled for sensitive repurposing into Apartments.
The warehouse in close proximity had to be dismantled and removed without damage to the trees or building and the site cleared in readiness for the next stage.
Great care had to be taken to separate the structure and owing to space constraints much of the work had to be done by hand.
Another job where asbestos roof sheeting had to be removed and safely disposed of.
